In this context, Mira Telecom designed an integrated command and control system that provides the necessary support for emergency response activities.

The system has the following components:

FIXED COMMAND, CONTROL AND COMMUNICATIONS CENTER

  • Coordinates and monitors emergencies and disasters
  • Composed of the Command & Control software application (MSS), GIS map, IT subsystems, and unified communications platform

Main functionalities:

  • Provides crisis management in case of events
  • Carries out the analysis, evaluation, and synthesis related to emergencies
  • Plans and prepares the response actions for each event
  • Ensures the coverage of emergencies in the audio, video and Internet media

MOBILE COMMAND AND CONTROL CENTER

It is deployed at the incident site to ensure good communications conditions for all the responders in the field (authorities, departments involved in emergency management) and the fixed command center.
