AMATID - Advanced Contactless Material Identification in Security and Quality Control
Cooperation in Innovation and Research with Central and Eastern Europe - Innovative Project AMATID - "Advanced Material Identification in Security and Quality Control" - a joint project between Austrian and Romanian companies.
Common target of the project partners was to develop advanced contactless methods for material recognition, in particular for applications in security field and quality control. The methods used were x-ray dual-energy imaging (x-ray investigations at two different energies) and Terahertz (THz) spectroscopy.
